The North Caldwell Public Schools is a community public school district that serves students in Kindergarten through sixth grade from North Caldwell, in Essex County, New Jersey, United States.
As of the 2008-09 school year, the district's two schools had an enrollment of 613 students and 59.6 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 10.3.[1]
North Caldwell is home to the West Essex Regional School District, which also serves students from Essex Fells, Fairfield and Roseland in Grades 7-12.[3] Schools in the district (with 2008-09 enrollment data from the National Center for Education Statistics[4]) are West Essex Junior High School (grades 7-8; 569 students) and West Essex High School (grades 9-12; 1,014 students).
